How do I return the Product?
All the products that have been purchased from Trybee will have only replacement policy.
If the product is found to be defective you can contact the customer representative and ask for a replacement.
The return or replacement policy is valid till 7 days of the delivery of the product beyond that the purchased product will not have any return or replacement policy.
In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.
While opting for replacement please consider below point
-Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
– The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
– All in-the-box accessories should be present.
